Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of the Home Inspection, we may refund the fee charged. This does not apply to any items reported or observed in the inspection or the report: The Inspection People is not responsible for the quality of the home inspected or the items or deficiencies cited. If there is a dispute as to what category a perceived dissatisfaction falls into please refer to the Pre-Inspection agreement that was signed prior to the Inspection Report being delivered for direction on our policy regarding such disputes. Allow up to 30 days for all approved refunds to be made. Refunds will be made in a form that is at The Inspection People’s discretion i.e. check, credit chargeback, or in rare cases cash.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers The Inspection People PLLC (hereto forth referred to as TIP) treatment of personally identifiable information that TIP collects when you are on TIP’s site, and when you use TIP’s service. This policy does not apply to the practices of entities that TIP does not own or control, or to people that TIP does not employ or manage. TIP may amend this policy from time to time. TIP collects personally identifiable information when you schedule and pay for our services and when you visit TIP’s web pages. When you schedule with TIP, we ask for your name, email address, mailing address, zip code. Information Sharing and Disclosure: In addition to the information you choose to submit we gather certain anonymous data to help us better understand how our sites are being used and how we can improve them. This automatically gathered data includes your computer’s address, statistics about how visitors navigate through our sites, and information provided through the use of cookies. TIP will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. TIP will send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people only when: We have your consent to share the information; We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested; We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process. Security: Your account information is password-protected for your privacy and security. In certain areas TIP uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.
