Meet The Owner

Iain Findlay is the chief home inspector and owner at The Inspection People. Iain has lived in metro Phoenix since moving from his home town of Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1993. He brings with him over 25 years of practical construction and building inspection experience in almost every type of home and building construction. He is a former licensed commercial and residential general contractor. He has built over 1000 homes and multiple commercial projects and has been a licensed certified home inspector in Arizona since 2005 having performed thousands of residential home inspections and worked with hundreds of Real Estate Agents so he knows how to present a complete, accurate report and representation of any subject property. Like all of our inspectors, he is nationally and state certified and accredited. He is also annually re-certified as a pest and termite inspection professional.
