We also include termite and pool inspections because we know it’s important to cover all the bases. Iain is a Master Inspector and owner of The Inspection People. He brings with him over 30 years of combined experience in construction and inspection. He also brings with him a peculiar sense of humor. If he asks if you want to hear a joke, just say no!

Austin likes long walks, hot air balloon rides and the color magenta. Like Iain, he's also nationally and state certified and accredited and is certified in pest and termite inspection too. We think he's the total package!

Ok, Harvey and Milo don't perform actual home inspections...they mostly seem to lie around and sleep! But they do provide moral support and plenty of cuddles while performing their duties as the official mascots of The Inspection People and the bestest boys!
