Two construction-stage windows

Inspect what is visible before concrete or drywall makes it inaccessible.

Pre-slab / foundation

Scheduled before the pour, when reinforcement, vapor barrier, penetrations, and visible site preparation can still be reviewed. Builder access and site readiness must be confirmed first.

Pre-drywall / frame

Scheduled after framing and major plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough-ins are substantially visible, but before insulation and drywall close the walls.

Before you schedule

Confirm the builder will allow access.

Construction sites are controlled environments. Ask the builder or superintendent whether a third-party inspector may enter, what stage-completion conditions they require, and what date the site will be ready. A phase inspection cannot inspect work that is incomplete, concealed, or inaccessible on the visit date.

Phase inspections are visual reviews for the client. They do not replace municipal code inspections, engineering, trade inspections, or the builder's own quality-control process.
